CHECK OUT TIME: 9.30 a.m.

DEPOSIT: 50% of tariff within 7 days to confirm booking.

BALANCE: Due 30 days prior to arrival, or booking will be assumed as cancelled.

PAYMENT METHODS: Cheque, Money Order, Direct Deposit, Visa, Master, Amex . A surcharge of 1.45% applies to Amex cards. Cheques are not accepted within 14 days or arrival date.

BOND: A security bond of $500 is payable upon arrival (cash or credit card). We accept Visa Card, Mastercard, American Express.

CANCELLATIONS: More than 30 days prior of arrival: Full refund less 15% of the total value of the booking. Less than 30 days prior to arrival NO REFUND unless the apartment is fully re-let. If fully re-let, a full refund less 10% of the total value of the booking will be made. Dates are not transferable.

SNOWSPORTS GUARANTEE: All payments received by Snow Ski Apartments less a 15% booking fee, will be refunded if 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, there is insufficient snow to enable snowsports on at least three designated downhill runs at Fall Creek. This guarantee does not apply if snowsport runs at the resort cannot be accessed should ski lifts be unable to operated due to other conditions.
This guarantee is applicable every day during the declared Victorian ski season.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Highly recommended.
